Pose: Virabhadrasana III

By maintaining the balance of the pose, the body’s weight is distributed to the heel and ball of the foot, promoting symmetrical growth and spinal elasticity.

Precautions: Those with a lumbar herniation should place the hands to the hips when going into this pose.
