The Yoga Practice: Bringing the Unrealized to Light

Date: Sunday 29 January

Time: 9.30am - 12.00pm

Price: $80 (inclusive of GST). Existing customers with class-cards may pay for the workshop with 2 stamps on their cards.

This workshop aims to offer a yoga experience commencing with a short meditation and some pranayama (breathwork) practice, followed then by asana (posture work).  The intention is to offer an experience that shows the interconnection and assistance that one discipline offers to the others, while then having the time to unfold an asana sequence that is comprehensive and deep.  The class is open to all levels and will cater to those who are new to meditation & pranayama.  Punctuality will be important for this class.
