Intro to YogMed
An 8-week course that introduces YogMed - an amalgam of various meditation practices that make up half of the course's curriculum, with the introduction of Satyananda Yoga Nidra meditation later on. YogMed is a tool to allow practitioners to learn meditation easily; and with it, the knowledge of the nature of the mind and how to manage mental health optimally.

Intro to Satyananda Yoga
An 8-week course that introduces Satyananda Yoga - a system of Yoga beneficial for all, developed by Swami Satyananda Saraswati, that is grounded in tradition, but fully adapted to the needs of contemporary life. An 8-week course that introduces strength-building Yoga for spine and neck flexibility and stability, especially beneficial for those who suffer from back or neck stiffness, misalignment and pains.
