Kris

Kris is proof that bad things can lead to good. After a series of sports injuries, Kris turned his attention to yoga for its physical benefits. That was back in 2002 and since then, yoga has transformed and been integrated into Kris' life. Hooked on to the physical and mental liberation that yoga provided, Kris attended COMO Shambhala's 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in 2008 and has been teaching yoga since. Kris has also attended workshops led by Don Peers, Jason Birch, Glenn Ceresoli, Judy Krupp and Rodney Yee. Kris' practice focuses on breath awareness, alignment and inner balance.
