Intro to Yoga
This four-week course introduces the fundamentals of the yoga. The programme allows you to learn basic poses, regardless of fitness, strength or flexibility. Ideal as a foundation course to those who are new to yoga or beginners' classes.


Intro to Pilates
This three-week course is a pre-requisite for absolute beginners prior to attending the Pilates (Beginner or Body-Sculpt) classes. The course provides a basic understanding of the principles of the Pilates method; core conditioning, breathing, body alignment and flow. Students will be introduced to Pilates terminology and classical mat exercises.


Intro to Ashtanga Vinyasa
In this four-week course, students will be introduced to the fundamentals that characterise the strong, cardiovascular yet calming and balancing tradition that is Ashtanga Vinyasa. The aim of this course is to form a firm and sound foundation from which students can take into self-practice personal sessions, to advance further into the Ashtanga Vinyasa series, or even as a complement to gentler forms of yoga. Recommended for both men and women who like a challenging practice.
